MOCA Foundation grant strengthens maternity care and more

Here is what courageous philanthropy looks like in action. The MOCA Foundation awarded a $30,300 grant to strengthen maternal health at Adventist Health Twin Cities and Adventist Health Sierra Vista, and to support our Wellness Clinic.

Our Respectful Maternity Care training helps ensure that every mother is treated with dignity, empathy, and evidence-based care during one of the most vulnerable moments in her life. Our Wellness Clinic is an outreach event that provides no-cost services, such as vision and dental care, healthy groceries, and more to our community.

This is an example of philanthropy stepping directly into the lives of our neighbors. It is immediate. It is local. It is transformational. And it is exactly the kind of momentum we intend to build upon.
