Grateful Journeys Begin your grateful journey toward helping others.

Have you or a loved one experienced exceptional care at Adventist Health Sierra Vista or Adventist Health Twin Cities?

When a caregiver goes above and beyond to make you feel safe, seen, and supported, it’s like having your own Guardian Angel. The Grateful Journeys program offers you a meaningful way to say thank you — by making a gift in their honor to Adventist Health Sierra Vista or Adventist Health Twin Cities.

Your thoughtful donation not only recognizes the caregiver who made a difference in your experience — it also helps us continue delivering compassionate, whole-person care across our hospitals and clinics.

With your gift, your Guardian Angel will receive a personal note from you, along with a certificate of recognition in appreciation of their service.

Together, we can celebrate the people who care with heart — and help ensure that others continue to receive the same outstanding care you experienced.

Shannon's Jar of Stars

For years, Shannon, an Adventist Health labor and delivery nurse, has marked every birth she’s been part of with a single origami paper star. One by one, shift by shift, moment by moment, the jar has filled.

Today, you can honor nurses and caregivers like Shannon. Watch her story below.

Inspiring gratitude and strengthening our ability to care for others

The Foundation at Adventist Health on the Central Coast is proud to recognize Sarah Graham and Samantha Wallace from Rehab Services at Adventist Health Sierra Vista for the extraordinary care they provide every day.

A patient’s family recently shared how Sarah and Samantha went above and beyond to support their loved one through recovery — offering not only expert clinical care, but compassion, encouragement, and reassurance when it mattered most. Because of their incredible impact, the family made a $3,000 gift in gratitude, supporting Rehab Services and the ICU at Adventist Health Sierra Vista through our Grateful Journeys Program. These unrestricted funds can now go to support critical department needs, purchase new equipment, or support additional educational opportunities.

Moments like this remind us that the care you give leaves a lasting impression — one that inspires gratitude and strengthens our ability to care for others. Thank you, Sarah and Samantha, for truly living our mission and making a difference for patients and families.
